My client is looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor, for an NHS Trust in the west midlands on a three month contract, paying a competitive rate.
Essential experience:
- Minimum of two years experience in employee relations
- Experience in the NHS
- Have worked with Trade Unions
- Has led cases
- Familiar with HR policies
- Has supported managers

- Strong organisational skills
- Proactive
- Hard working
- Self sufficient
- Strong understanding of the market
