Description
My client is looking for a Medical Staffing Advisor with experience working in Medical Staffing and general HR.This role will be within an NHS Trust in Essex. the day rate will be between £130 - £150 per day.
My Client will be interviewing next week.
The applicants we are looking for will have/be:
- Hard working and ready to work
- will be a model professional in the way they conduct themselves
- Experienced Medical Staffing professional
- Generalist HR experience in addition to Medical Staffing
- provided Medical HR advice to Clinical Divisions
- Ideally have both Medical and Non-Recruitment experience in an Acute NHS Trust
- Knowledge of Junior Doctors Recruitment
- Experience of note taking in Disciplinary / Grievance meetings
- Experience of working alongside E-Rostering
- Have experience of NHS Jobs and ESR
- Be comfortable with the full end to end recruitment process
- Understand the complexities of recruiting doctors and the doctor rotation process
- Have recent and substantial NHS experience
