Global Lead needed to work with a well known Retail and Wealth Management Financial Organisation on an exciting retail transformation programme to lead process re-engineering activities related to Staff Front End technology. This role is crucial in achieving key savings targets whilst maintaining positive revenue growth ahead of my client's cost growth.This role requires the Global Lead to have project/programme experience gained from Financial Organisation (retail is preferable) and experience of Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies. Current experience of working on a digital aligned transformation project/programme would be advantageous.
