Front Office Helpdesk Technical Support, English and French Speaker, Alicante

We are looking for an IT Helpdesk support technician to join our client's 1st line Front Office support team in Alicante, Spain starting ASAP. You should speak excellent English and French. Please apply immediately for details of this excellent long term opportunity working in a great location for a European organisation. Contract to end 2017, with annual renewals (multi-year assignment). Work is in 8 hour shifts to cover the period 07.00 to 19.30.

EXPERIENCE:

You should have a 3 years experience in a Front Office Helpdesk or IT call Centre 1st line support role using ticketing tools.

Key Mandatory Skills Required:

  • 1st level Front Office Helpdesk support, 3 years
  • English, to level C1 (Advanced) of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEF)
  • French, to level C1 or higher of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEF)

Tasks

You will act as a single point of contact for user support by telephone, email and web to carry out, amongst other things:

  • Incident and request classification, management, resolution, monitoring, closure and evaluation

  • Manage security and control access

  • Support for VIP and all users

  • Measure and report KPIs

  • Publish FAQs

  • Maintain technical documentation

  • Test software (User Acceptance Testing)
