Description
Working with a leading household name telco - there is a need for a Planning and Prioritisation Manager for an initial 6 month contract working at their CBD head office.
This role will form an integral part of the customer delivery and servicing of network activations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Leadership of Planning & Prioritisation across multiple work streams, with Regional and National complexities to deliver Customer Connections Business, IT and Operational capability.
Establishing/implementing the new Customer Connections Governance structure for FY18.
Driving the FY18 KI's and ensuring that accountable owners deliver as planned
Preparation of governance materials for weekly Governance forums.
Advising senior leadership on the current status of programs of work and identifying operational risks/issues.
Developing, implementing, communicating and maintaining governance, risk and compliance policies, processes and procedures.
Implementing the corporate strategy. - Manage and updating program roadmaps.
Ensure alignment between Customer Connections and wider business governance principles.

The successful candidate will have the following:
Strong experience within a Business or IT Project Management environment
Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills
Strong communications skills including senior stakeholders
Proven outcomes and delivery focused mind-set
Ability to work with business and IT delivery teams within an agile environment
Ability to plan, coordinate - strong business planning/PMO skill set
