Responsibilities:
- Review Transition Services Agreements (TSAs) and do the Financial tracking for FI, IT, HR, etc.
- Review cost associated with getting off of certain IT systems; Track and do the financials if you get of those services early, how much will you save
- Analyze bills from the seller
- Ensure if you get off of a TSA you don't get charged in future months
- Must have a strong personality to stand up to vendors and keep things on track
