A major luxury brand is searching for an experienced SAP CS / SAP Customer Service Consultant to take up a long-term contract position as soon as possible.Start: asap
Max daily rate: CHF 950 per day
Languages required:
* English (fluent) - essential
* French - highly desired but not essential as long as the other requirements are met
The successful candidate will have over 15 years' proven experience in the following:
* Strong customer service, plant maintenance and sales and distribution knowledge
* For roll outs, blueprints and releases: delivery of assessment, gap analysis versus template, customizing, functional specifications, unitary and integrated tests, key user tests management, training delivery, change management guidance, cutover and go live support
*For level 3 support: analysis, customizing, functional specifications, unitary and integrated tests
* Accustomed searching for information on OSS
* Strong integration with SD, MM, LE, FICO, retail, development and PI teams
* Adaptable personality and quick learner
* Ability to work on several projects and maintenance topics in parallel
