SAP PP-PI, Variant Configuration, LO-VC, New Implementation, S4 Hana on Premise
About the Client Project
- Embarking on a new global S4 Hana on Premise implementation and is seeking a PP-PI Variant Configuration expert to join the team in the Gelderland region, Netherlands to assist with the implementation of VC
Duration
- Initially 3 months full time which will be focused on scoping and planning the VC prototype. Extensions are possible as the project moves into implementation phase. The client programme is scheduled to last several years
Skills
- More than 5 Years Good experience of SAP PP-PI and Variant configuration experience which include a minimum of 2 end to end implementations
- Good knowledge on the business processes associated with SAP PP for discrete manufacturing environment
- Configuration and working experience on Engineer to Order (ETO) strategies
- Experience with various material types including KMAT for VC scenarios, defined Class for requires variants with pricing, defined object dependencies (OD) and maintenance Super BOM and Master Recipe
- Should have experience with capacity planning, material requirements planning, Stock requirement list, production order execution, shop floor controls
- Should have knowledge and experience in SAP VC/PP configuration and business process associated with it.
- Strong sense of problem solving and ability to deal with integration issues
- Must have dealt with Process Manufacturing
- Configure and create Master Data, Material, BOM, Master Recipe and resources
- Should have good experience working with Sales and Production plans, Long term planning, demand management, MRP, Capacity planning and Production Orders
- Have experience configuring the background jobs for MRP (material planning) run and special procurement keys
- Should have excellent verbal and written communications skills
