SAP CS Consultant needed for 12 months project in the Netherlands,
Our client is urgently looking for an SAP CS consultant for a role in the Netherlands.
Required experience:
- 7+ years of SAP ECC customer service implementation experience.
- Integration with SAP Sales Order processing and Finance aspects to track costs of repair.
- Strong SAP technical, configuration, and business area knowledge in SAP SD-Customer service
- Experience in service contracts,rental contracts,complaints,repairs processing, goods receipt, storage location
- Install base master setup, tracking and integration with serial number tracking
- Any experience with SAP and SFDC integration is added advantage.
- Extensive knowledge of Service work orders and integration throughout repairs process
