This property consultancy went live on SAP in early 2016. The current scope of the implementation includes a number of core ECC modules: FI/CO, SD, PS, HCM and Payroll. The system currently supports some 2,500 staff across the UK.
They are looking to recruit an experienced SAP support analyst to manage our day-day end user support across the full range of our deployed solution.
The key responsibilities of this role include;
- Triage of new support calls as they are raised.
- Monitoring and management of all internal and external support calls and tickets (across Finance, HR and Payroll).
- Planning of regular bug fix/enhancement releases into production. Preparation of end user notes to support each release
Essential Skills required;
- At least 5 years experience of working in a SAP support environment
- Experience of the following SAP modules: FI/CO,SD, PS and HCM
- Familiarity with change and release management processes in a SAP environment
