Next Ventures is urgently looking for a SAP Portals expert for a role based Greece or Serbia with travelling (Europe&Asia) up to 30%
Scope:
The SAP Portal Expert will be part of the Regional SAP Portal & SharePoint CoE whose main mission will be to develop, design & support new or existing high quality business functionality for SAP Portal platform. More specifically, the SAP Portal Expert will collaborate with the SAP program team members to define the requirements for naming standards, content structure, user roles definition, and will implement business solutions to fulfil the agreed requirements
Skills required:
At least 3-5 years of experience and knowledge on SAP Systems (in a SAP Portal and MDM environment)
At least 1 full project life cycles using Portal as a content administrator or owner
International implementation experience, in multi-country roll-outs, based on global template.
Expertise in portal administration - user creation, delta linking, content administration, systems management, portal branding, themes etc
Experience of Enterprise Portal infrastructure design and solutions.
Communication skills: regular contact to be established with others inside and outside the organization including co-workers, external, and internal customers.
Proficient with MS Office applications.
Strong decision making skills and ability to use discretion.
Requires strong analytical skills and creativity.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Translate Business needs into advanced capabilities and best practices based on best in class standard packages
Allow for localization and enhancements of the package (avoid customization, in line with regional template) justified by a business case enabling better business capabilities
Deliver best in class, operable and sustainable Business Solutions with an optimal balance and integration between the different elements: Applications, Infrastructure, Data, Business Processes, Business Organization, IT Organization
Design solutions, configures the system
Technical Knowledge:
Expert knowledge of following functional SAP ES Portal Tools is essential:
Portal Administration (Content Administration)
Portal Administration (System Administration)
Universal Work List (UWL)
NWDS (Netweaver Development Studio) and Java Webdynpro
Roles, Pages, iViews, Worksets, Templates, Layouts, Themes
SAP Systems integration with Netweaver Portal
experience in Fiori applications + roles design implementation (Consumption of Fiori Apps via the Fiori Launchpad on SAP Portal)
experience & understanding of the SAP Screen Personas framework
Configuration of Fiori Apps on ABAP FES (Transactional Apps, Analytical Apps, Fact Sheets)
Additional SAP knowledge in those domains is an asset:
ABAP and ABAP WebDynpro
CTS+ experience (usage not configuration)
Web Services and XML
Knowledge of Identity Management with SAP NetWeaver (eg CUA, Active Directory)
Retail-business knowledge, Reporting experience in Logistics/Sales/Supply-chain/Finance & HR (Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service) will be an asset.
Start date: Immediate to the 1st April
Languages: English
Location: Athens or Belgrade with travelling (Europe&Asia) up to 30%
Duration: 6 months initially
Rate: € per day + travel expenses when working outside of base location
