Description
We are looking for CI Solution Architect/Senior CI consultant who can take Solution Architect role.
CI Solution Architect is responsible for discussing and defining the business use cases, propose the solution approach, present and convince the customer of the proposed solution and then guide the delivery team on the configuration steps in the system to make the intended solution ready for testing and transport to Production environment. In a business where multiple solutions and vendors interact to provide the customer with a comprehensive integrated solution, the architect will lead integration meetings and incorporate all controls and steps that are necessary for the SAP CI to perform in an integrated platform without localizing the proposed solution to within SAP.
We are looking for a strong candidate with several years of experience working in SAP CI functionalities and preferably with FICA knowledge.
Additional expectations are:
1. Knowledge of the functionalities part of SP12 in CI is preferable
2. Detailed knowledge of Integration touch points and data upload process from SAP CC and other external systems
3. In depth knowledge of the Billing and Invoicing functionalities
4. Detailed configuration knowledge of FI-CA including Dunning using collection strategy, configuration for payment gateways and integration to external cash desk
5. Ability to comprehend the challenges to arise on account of very large volumes of data processed
6. Knowledge of data retrieval to BW and other analytics solutions that will be used for reporting
7. Manage relationship with client project stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and issues
encountered
8. Closely liaise with the product development team and ensure that the solutions proposed are not deviating from the standard adopted practices in the industry
9. Analyse risk in the solution delivery, establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and
responsibilities for initiating mitigating action.
10. Good communications capabilities in order to clearly advise and convince the stakeholders of the proposed solution design and direct the team members in their work to preserve quality of solution
11. Provide functional and technical specifications to the consultants for any custom solutions or modifications proposed to the standard functionality
12. Ability to challenge the business requirements and solutions proposed by other modules that do not meet the expectations of CI to preserve the overall quality of the solution delivered.
13. Knowledge of end to end process within CI and final transfer of GL balances from CI to main FI
14. Should be able to advise on Archival processes for data management within CI
Consultants will have 3 weeks onsite and 1 week remote model.
