SAP CRM Consultant - 7 Month Contract - Brussels
Our client requires a SAP CRM Consultant to be based at their offices in Brussels on a 3 month contract.
Your role and responsibilities as the SAP CRM Consultant will be:
Our client is running several CRM projects with SAP CRM 7 (EHP4) with an ECC6 Back End on EHP7 and HANA.
Technical and functional knowledge in the following SAP CRM domains are necessary:
- Account and contact management
- Installed base management
- CRM Service Processing
- Quotations and Pricing
- Complaint Processing
- Contract management
- Integrated Scenarios
- Service analytics
Required Skills:
- Project experience in a Utilities environment is a plus.
- Multiple years of experience working with SAP CRM, and at least two entire CRM project life cycles.
- Basic SAP-PI knowledge is highly recommended
- Good technical documentation skills
- Testing skills
- Bilingual (Flemish/French) - English for documentation
