Description:
SAP deployment rollout of a template solution (subject to localisations managed via change requests)
- Support the customer's local business team (super users) during all phases of the project from Analyse to Deploy.
- Undertake knowledge transfer from the client's Central solution team on the to be solution/processes for the customer
- Facilitate Fit Gap Analysis workshops including capturing of any Business requirements, solutioning with central teams and supporting change request process
- Documenting Functional Specifications for offshore team to build and deliver
- Deliver Training of SAP solution to Super Users to enable them to conduct testing and train their own end users
- Support/facilitate testing (Unit, System Integration and User Acceptance)
- Support definition of Cutover plan to prepare for go live
- Support Data Migration team and super users in understanding data fields with relation to solution purpose and facilitate their cleansing/migration
- Support cutover execution
- Provide Post go live support to Super and End users.
