SAP ABAP Developer: (IS-U, Energy, FI-CA, Dutch, French)
My client is looking for an SAP ABAP Developer who has IS-U, FI-CA and energy industry experience for a client in Brussels.
Key skills:
- Expert knowledge of ABAP and all of its possibilities
- Proven knowledge of the SAP/IS-U and FI/CA data model and function models
- Innovative thinker, with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience in the energy sector is a must
- Demonstrates ability to work effectively as part of a team in a customer-focused environment
- Results oriented and self-motivated with the ability to follow through on tasks/responsibilities with a relatively low degree of supervision
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and to remain focus whilst working under pressure
- Good knowledge of Dutch or French and English
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the proper, effective and efficient coding of new functionality within the current Belgian SAP application and all of its interfaces
- Writes, starting from the technical specification written by the functional analyst, new programs or adapts existing programs and documents the new functionality.
- Knows and respects the application and industry best coding practives and has proven programming experience, taking into account the logical program flow, database efficiency, application performance and the out of the box SAP solution
- Responsible for unit tests and the timely, correct delivery of changes
