SAP Master Trainer FI/CO
Location: Paris
Dates: 05.06.2017 - 25.11.2017 (Project shut down during summer holiday season minimum 2 weeks (CW33/34)
SAP modules: FI/CO
Languages: French = training delivery language; English = project language; (preferably German as training material needs to be translated from Germany, but not mandatory)
Job details:
Experienced SAP master trainer (training needs analysis, course design, development of concept slides, development of work instructions, design of exercises and data build in SAP, key user training, end user training). Being familiar with accelerator tools for content creation like Datango (SAP Workforce Performance Builder) is a plus.
In depth SAP process knowledge in the areas of:
FI/CO -Organization and master data
FI-GL - General ledger accounting
FI-AR - Accounts receivable
FI-AP - Accounts payable
FI-AA- Asset accounting
FICO periods end closing
Controlling (master data, operating figures, cost center accounting, planning, internal orders, cost of sales accounting, COPA profit center accounting and reporting)
CO-PC Product costing (calculation of standard costs, effects on production orders, period end closing of production orders ..)
Besides the focus on Logistics knowledge experience in the SAP module SD is ab big plus as we will have more flexibility in course assignments.
Develop role based course PowerPoints, system exercises and work instructions (based on existing material from previous rollouts available in German (latest) and English) for approx. 7,5 course content days (AP 2 days; AR 1.5 days; GL 1.5 days; AA 1 day; CO PC 1 day, Month end 0.5 day), deliver end user training via class room courses in Tandem-approach with key users and follow-up on training with a business simulation session in the week before Go Live.
