Job Description: SAP - SRM

  • Experience in planning and executing SAP Implementation/Development/Rollout/Support activities for SAP SRM
  • Understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the system accordingly.
  • Ability to design solutions, create presentation/workshop decks for Blueprint and present them to the client.
  • Should be very good in MS Office application including Visio. Should have developed presentation files, Design documents, Configuration documents, Flow charts & Functional Specification & Test Scripts
  • Should be good in Understanding client requirements, visualizing solutions & Hands on in SAP
  • Should have worked in all phases of implementation project and have developed all major deliverables
  • Ability to create Process Definition Document/Design Document (PDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided.
  • Should have good understanding for SAP SRM architecture
  • Ability to configure SAP SRM and deliver work products/packages confirming to the Client's Standards & Requirements
  • Should have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be a good team player
  • Strong configuration hands-on experience in SAP SRM
  • Integration of SAP SRM with HR, SAP PI, SRM-MDM, ECC, BW and EP
  • In addition to the above, the candidate should have been involved in the following during the life cycle of SAP implementation:
    • Unit Testing, Cycle Testing
    • Integration Testing
    • User Manual Preparation
    • User Support activities
    • Exposure to ASAP and other structured implementation methodologies
    • Regularly interact with the onsite team/client
    • Provide status updates in daily/weekly conference calls
    • Maintain cordial relationship with onsite team/client

MUST HAVE:

  • Atleast 5 years of SAP SRM experience and 5 years of domain experience
  • Implementation and Support experience
  • In-depth knowledge of End to End Procure to Pay processes
  • Work Experience on the following aspects of SAP SRM:
    • Self Service Procurement
    • Strategic Sourcing
    • Contract Management
    • Supplier Self Service
    • Catalog Management (Punch Out Catalog, Master Data Management)
    • Good working knowledge of workflows and interfaces like ALE/IDOC, EDI/IDOC or Web services
