Your tasks:
- Support the complete life cycle for the development side in scope of the delivered services incl. requirement analysis, solution design and technical design
- Support the implementation in some cases (backend and frontend incl. Integrated Planning (IP)) incl. quality assurance, service transition and post go-live support
- Help with expert support if tickets occur during operations where operations needs help from development
- Steer a team of 3-5 people to complete requirements in the project area mentioned above incl. discussion with customer about requirements, prioritization, budget (planning) and resource planning
- Help customer shape ideas and decide on feasibility
Your qualifications
- Intensive experience in a design and development role in SAP BW in a regulated environment (chemicals or pharmaceuticals sectors)
- Excellent knowledge of BW backend development, staging, transformation, data modelling, transformation with a very good ABAP/ABAP-OO know-how, performance optimization, query design)
- Expert know-how on Integrated Planning (IP) in at least 3 projects with complex logic
- Solid understanding of the processes in the source system (SAP Customer Relationship Management, CRM)
- Pronounced team integration skills towards internal and external consultants is essential
- Proven ability to steer and shape a team of consultants from different vendors
