My client are a leading global consultancy who are looking for a senior Programme Manager to go on site at one of the world's largest manufacturing companies.
The end clients is undertaking a major overhaul of their HR environment and looking to pull together a number of local functions to create a single global HR function. This is particularly complex from a systems perspective so they are looking for a senior Programme Manager with experience of HR systems integration across multiple global locations within a multi-billion dollar revenue organisation.
Essential Skills:
- Programme Management of large global teams and multi-million dollar budgets
- HR Transformation experience, in particular to create a single global HR function
- HR systems integration experience
- Significant exposure to SAP environments, in particular experience with SAP HR
- Global experience with large scale multinational corporations
