Description
Our client to the South of Paris in France are looking for French speaking SAP Trainers: -
Training in the following skills: SAP FI CO, SAP MM IM & SAP SD MM
Start: 25th September 2017 (Even though this is 3 months away, the client wishes to
secure candidates in July - issue contracts)
Duration: 6 months + Possible Extensions
Location: To the South of Paris
Language: French
Rate: €450 - €500 per day + Expenses
Further skill requirements:
Industry experience in companies with manufacturing, distribution and service business
Proven experience in preparing Training Materials and delivery SAP and Salesforce Training to End Users as Lead Trainers
Proven experience in understanding and documenting Organizational Impacts and Process Changes related to the implementation of SAP
Very good soft skills and ability to guide end user adoption also after go live (working as post go live support tutor to End Users)
Detailed Timeline with activities:
.: Onboarding
: Join 3 weeks of UAT (User acceptance testing) to familiarize with the solution and connect with the key users with whom they will prepare training
.: Finalize the training needs analysis and the define the adapted curriculum for France
.: 6-7 weeks developing the training materials in French (based on English version from previous training rollouts)
.: 7-8 weeks of training delivery in 3 steps (basic navigation training, role based training, business simulation/integration training for the key business scenarios O2C/PTP/ATR(RTR) by a cross functional team of users)
Go-Live Date is:
Optional extension for delivering Go-Live Support
