SAP BI Product Manager - Netherlands - 6 months
My client currently has an urgent 6 month contract opportunity for an SAP BI Product Manager to be based in the Netherlands
The chosen candidate will be need to have immediate availability as well as experience relevant to the job specification detailed below:
Scope of the role:
- Is third (after IT Service Desk and Delivery BI Run Application Management) contact point for employees in SAP, SAP issues, and questions.
- Solve the more complex incidents (non-standard questions) and consult the SAP supplier where necessary.
- Perform the work according to its own judgment or on the basis of the described frameworks and standard descriptions.
- Supports users (developers, testers, but also end users) with advice, training and problem solving.
Job requirements:
- Knowledge of the insurance industry and their IT organizations.
- Knowledge of BI and data processes.
- Specific technical knowledge of Unix (AIX) and Windows (server) platforms.
- Knowledge of methods and techniques for application design and construction (OTAP)
- Knowledge of and experience with application development, version management and deployment processes.
- Knowledge of BiSL, ASL and ITIL.
Optimize service:
- Customize the tool's tool with (the application developers).
- Ensure continuity of available software, both client and server.
- Improve service quality with other departments (OLA, DAP, SLA).
- Financial Management: To have insight into revenue and expenses to cover the service.
