Description
BI/BW Analyst will join the Global Reporting Team e which is expanding team with SAP-BW capabilities. The analyst will become a part of a team undertaking activities to support end users and maintain SAP Business Intelligence Business Warehouse (BI/BW) at an optimal level to ensure that data management and reporting requirements are met.
Within this context the position will collaboratively implement ongoing system change activities targeted at improving the system or business processes. BI/BW Analyst will be responsible for delivering the different areas of the divisional operating model, from incident resolution to enhancements and projects.
SAP BI/BW Analist will:
- Work with the BW Global Senior Manager and other BW support Analysts in providing advice on BI/BW system functionality and configuration within SAP software, specifically in all front and Back End BW objects and tools such as Query/Report/Web Application Designer, BEX Analyzer and Integrated Planning.
- Work with BW Senior Analysts on site with a cycling communication for managing the Functional Document Specifications into Technical Document Specification for the development get start and complete.
- Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge and expertise of Warehouse business processes, structure and stakeholders.
- Work with team leaders to provide technical leadership to the business and the SAP Support Group.
- Provide effective high quality level SAP functional support, incorporating the resolution of assigned incidents, problems and service requests.
- Maintain and enforce excellence in performance and standards related to the gathering, analysis, development and testing of changes deployed to meet business requirements.
- Accountable to, and engaged with, internal and external stakeholders in relation to the provision of advice and support, system availability, performance and security.
- Engage across, and within teams to deliver activities and tasks on time.
- Maintain, suggest and develop continuous improvement to standard procedures and processes, internally within the team and externally to their stakeholders, in accordance with SAP and the organization's standards.
SAP BI/BW Analist should have:
- At least bachelor degree in Computer Science (or/and Economics studies)
- 4 to 6 year experience WITH SAP/SAPBW (at least 1 full cycle implementation from BBP to DEPLOY)
- Experience with SAP ECC or SAP ECC HANA modules with SCM (PUR-LIV_INVENTORY-PM-PP-QM), SD, FINANCE & CONTROLLING.
- Experience with SAP BW/BI Rel 7.x or higher, preferred 7.4 and higher
- Proficiency in English, any other language is welcomed
- Exposure to SAP BW/BI on HANA, working with HANA Studio and manage Calculation View will be an advantage
- Experience with Dashboard tools like TABLEAU and with SAP-GTM will be an advantage.
