Description
I am currently recruiting for a SAP PS for a role based in Brussels for a 6 months contract renewable.
Responsibilities
You will:
- Provide functional and technical support to an experienced staff in the field of Logistics project systems. (Project builder, capacity planning, shop floor control)
- Lead and guide the realization of new or change projects.
- Provide functional and technical documents in the domain interface design, SAP forums/reports, SAP expansion and workflow
- Prepare and propose documentation for the change requests that need change control board approval
- Help in realizing PS change-related projects, blue print design, SAP configuration, unit testing, integration/UAT testing, training and post go-live support.
- Provide functional and technical expertise in the field of CAPEX/OPEX projects, project planning, project execution and integration with Finance, analytical accounting.
- Provide daily functional and technical support to customers, end users, SAP transaction monitoring included, incident/problem management, and end user support.
- Help with the process and SAP configuration documentation
Mandatory skills
Education
- Academic background within the field of logistics or financial management
Experience
- Demonstrated functional and technical expertise in the field of logistics project systems
- At least 5 full life cycle implementations in SAP PS major industrial companies or MRO companies
- Proven process knowledge in PS domain. Project builder, network activities, project scheduling within production or maintenance environments, settlement of network activities to WBS, settlement of WBS to Fixed Assets under construction, final deduction rules to cost centers and fixed assets.
- At least 8 years of proven experience with SAP PS modules and experience in configuration
- Good knowledge of at least one other module (PP, PM, CS, QM, CO)
- Integration knowledge: SAP WM, MM, PP, SD, CO, PM, CS, investment management and BW
