SC Cleared SAP BW Consultant - Liverpool - 3.5 months+
My client currently has an urgent 3.5 month contract opportunity for an SC Cleared SAP BW Consultant to be based in Liverpool.
The chosen candidate will be need to have immediate availability as well as experience relevant to the job specification detailed below:
The main objective of the role is to:
Provide assistance and support the client's SAP support customers by responding and resolving incidents raised or providing input and resolution of enhancement requests. Identify and assess options for the implementation of new or improved business processes and present them, with recommendations, to decision makers at senior management level. Maintain the level of internal' customer satisfaction, at regular intervals or after each significant delivery of product or service. Respond to internal customers' queries and complaints. Ensure that corrective action is taken. Facilitate Programme and Project Manager's involvement in the continuous improvement of the products and services supplied to them. Work closely with the other members of the SAP BW support teams in the UK and IndiaThe main deliverables are to:
- Resolve customer problems
- Design, specify, build, test and put live enhancements to customer's systems
- Provide ad-hoc project consultancy
- Advise customers and potential customers on SAP BW technology related business processes
- Help to deliver upgrades to customer systems if required
