Participation in regular meetings with FICO business to capture their needs and discuss ongoing issues.
Participation in regular FICO IM meeting and to share and contribute relevant issues.
Requirements capture, specification, and development:
Requirements capture, specification, and documentation.
Requirements specification may include developments, customization, testing definitions, authorization requirements and role changes.
Depending on the workload and capability, provide the specification to the development team or even actually execute the development of the previously captured and documented functionalities.
New functionality validation and testing in the test system and in some case quality system. (UAT is performed by business).
