Description
I am currently looking for an experienced SAP SCM EDI Consultant to join our customer on an initial 5 month contract in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:-
- Develop and deliver requirements and project scope documents, business process design and configuration.
- Work with other SAP personnel to implement system enhancements and interfaces.
- Work with super users to maintain master data.
- Support business processes as they relate to SCM.
- Work with users to troubleshoot and solve complex problems, making system changes as necessary.
- Develop training scripts and business process procedures.
- Deliver training to end users as needed to ensure proper system usage and understanding.
- Minimum 5 years of SAP ERP functional experience.
- In depth knowledge of Materials Management, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, EDI.
- Experience with 3rd Party Logistics Distribution and necessary support of interfaces between SAP and 3PL is required.
- APO experience is a distinct advantage.
- SAP certification is a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrated ability in implementing change.
- Strong problem solving skills for developing creative solutions and meeting project objectives are required.
