Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an experienced SAP HR Expert Consultant to join an exciting international company based in Brussels, Belgium with an ongoing SAP Implementation project.
The client currently has an ongoing SAP Implementation project incorporating SAP HR Fiori and consequently they are seeking a SAP HR Expert Consultant with the following skills and experience (This is a French speaking requirement so please read on in French):
Dans le cadre de la digitalisation des processus, l'ensemble des services HR actuellement disponibles dans le portail ESS/MSS (webdynpro) doivent être migrés vers la solution Fiori.
Le but de cette mission est d'effectuer une pré-analyse de ce projet de migration vers le nouveau portail:
- Analyse des fonctionnalités actuelles afin d'établir un design de la solution future sur Fiori + requirements techniques ;
- Identifier la/les solutions techniques permettant d'automatiser certains processus (formulaires papiers à remplacer par un formulaire électronique)
- Identification des besoins techniques qui seront couverts dans la solution SAP standard
- Identification des développements non standard à prévoir
- Etablir un roadmap (planning, mandays) pour l'implémentation et le déploiement de ce nouveau portail Fiori.
Technical skills:
- Connaissance avancée en SAP HR Fiori apps
- Connaissance avancée en SAP HR Process & Forms/HR Renewal
- Connaissane moyenne en SAP SuccessFactors
- Connaissance avancée en Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, excel, word)
- Teamplayer, Communicatif, Proactif
- Français, Néerlandais, Anglais : B2

Start date:
Duration: 12 months ++ with option to extend
Rate: up to €80 per hour
