Next Ventures are urgently recruiting for a SAP FI Tax Consultant to join our multinational end-client on a 2 year programme.
Role: SAP FI Tax Consultant
Location: Bratislava, Slovakia
Start: ASAP
Duration: 12 months + extension
Rate: All-inclusive daily rate in EUR
You will be joining the global central team who are working on a project that is at the blueprint phase. This is a business facing role and you will need to have good cross-functional skills. At times the client will require you to do some support and enhancement work.
The candidate will have:
- Experience with multiple SAP releases including 3.1H, 4.0B, 4.6C and ECC 6.0 is desired.
- Knowledge of SAP FI, MM and SD modules functionality including:
- Tax Codes creation
- IMG Tax configurations - VAT, Excise Duty and other taxes
- Pricing procedures analysis - tax condition types
- Withholding tax codes creation
- Country Localization analysis
- Tax account clearing o Account Determination (T030)
- Reconciliation of Tax accounts o Program Variant maintenance
- Change Transport System to move changes to production
- Process BDC sessions o Create/Change Batch Jobs
- Company Code Tax related tables o Batch Jobs interface processing
- OSS notes analysis/implementation Course work and/or experience with basic accounting principles..
- Ability to work on report technical specifications as well as on Interfaces with satellite systems (eg, Taxware, ASPENSATI).
- Ability to work remotely from other team members, internal service providers and customers.
- Ability to work with less experienced analysts in order to develop SAP problem solving, support and technical skills.
- Strong analytical capability in order to comprehend and support complex processes based on standard SAP configuration.
- Ability to learn and support a number of specialized business scenarios created for XXX Industry processes and specifically for CLIENT, like Inter-company transactions processing.
- Ability to learn and apply CLIENTs control standards to these processes
