Role: SAP BW Consultant
Start:
ASAP (the candidate needs to be security cleared by the client - this takes ~ 2 weeks - so realistic start date is end of November)

Location: Norway
Work load: 100%/37.5 hours per week
EU/UK passport is a must

The unit is delivering analytical solutions to customers within functional areas such as FC, HR, HSE and Supply Chain, the unit also covers the SAP BW platform and architecture within SAP BW and interfaces toward others.
Job description:
We need resources with deep and broad experience within SAP BW who can work within a functional area like FC and be part of the functional FC team in the unit.
There is an increasing demand within FC related to FC strategy and new MIS solution- both part of the digital initiative and with high focus in analytics, visualization and making data available by utilizing functionality in HANA.
Also there is a need to support work in our architecture team with the goal of advising others in our unit (other functional teams on SAP BW) and others on SAP BW technology, architecture and leading the way on utilizing HANA functionality across SAP BW. Also, there is a need to work on the technical interfaces between SAP BW and the new data platform on Microsoft Azure, that is; data integration and integration technology that is relevant between these platforms
Required skills:
- Resources with deep and broad knowledge about SAP BW
- Many years of practical experience on SAP BW platforms as software architect
- Knowledge and experienced in HANA on SAP BW
- Preferably work experience with the customer with SAP BW due to domain competence, but this is not mandatory
- Would like resources with experience with technical integration between SAP BW and cloud solutions such as Microsoft Azure, but this is not mandatory
