IT Support Consultant
Whitehall resources are currently recruiting for an IT Onsite Support Consultant for our client in Poland.
Start: 04/12/17
Duration: 4 Months (possible extension of 2 months)
Location: South Poland
Rate: Euros/day all in
Languages: English
Requested profile:
- 3+ years IT onsite support experience
- Fluent English is required; Polish is nice to have
Additional information:
- Most of the support activities are based on tickets, our Service Desk in Poland/India is first contact for the users if they experience issues with the equipment provided.
- 2nd line support if SD cannot solve a user issue remotely
