Job description:
We are looking for a SAP Application Expert with several years of experience from SAP, preferably from supply chain and logistic. Work includes working with business requirement gathering and functional specifications of enhancement and integration objects as well as configuration of SAP standard. The role includes alignment between the company's big programs and projects within other functional areas.
The position is full time in Stockholm.
You will be responsible for:
- Be a driver within new initiatives to understand impact and convert business requirement to solutions:
- Participate in requirement meetings with the business to define and document the complete scope and map against current solution
- Translate business and technical requirements into architecture, business processes and technical design
- Safeguard existing supply chain business processes and technical solutions during definition of RFID processes and RFID technical design
- Align and coordinate with FLOW technical development and other ongoing FLOW initiatives
- Document business processes and design
- Provide functional solutions and specifications for development of Enhancements and Integrations.
- Perform system configuration in SAP in the modules of SAP ECC Logistics module (SD/MM/LE) and SAP Retail
- Test: Identify test scenarios that reflect the requirements, plan and be part of execution of tests, both cross projects and to surrounding systems outside SAP
- Support data migration method and execution
- Provide knowledge transfer and input to test planning, test execution and test issue resolution
- Communicate status effectively in writing and verbally with internal and external stakeholders
- Use own knowledge/experience and problem-solving skills to creatively resolve complex issues and choose the best course of action
Mandatory requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience of the design, concepts, principles and configuration in SAP ECC Logistics module (SD/MM/LE) and preferably SAP Retail
- Thorough understanding of and experience from master data setup in SAP, with special focus on: Customer/Business Partner object
- Thorough experience in creating Functional Specifications
- Inbound and outbound integration know-how
- Experience from large, global organizations
- Excellent verbal communication and documentation capacity in English
- Excellent managing of deliverables, time management, communication (oral and written), presentation, and organizational skills
Qualifying requirements:
- HP Application Lifecycle Management (former HP Quality Center) knowledge
- EWM - SAP Enterprise Warehouse Management experience
- Jira understanding
- Service Now knowledge
