Were looking for a SAP SD/MM Sr. Analyst with the following skills:
- SAP support analyst with >3 years of experience and knowledge of operations support services for SAP based applications and competencies SD and MM modules.
Start date: 1st February
End date: 31st December 2018
Location: South Of France
Experience
- SAP SD/MM. minimum 3 years.
- SAP FI (fundamentals).
- Experience in Multicultural working Environment.
- ITIL certification would be a plus.
Skills and competencies:
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel while maintaining organization.
- Excellent communication skills, customer service and fundamental accounting skills.
- Team Player.
- English mandatory, French or Spanish is a plus.
Deliverables, main activities and accountabilities:
1. Ensure the timely and accurate operation of the central ordering and billing activities with regard to the monthly financial closing exercise.
- Launch the daily and monthly operational billing jobs
- Analyse and follow up on error messages, error logs and resolve issues or escalate if necessary.
- Run SAP query reports when requested.
2. Responsible for the coordination and execution of month-end financial closing activities and the activities throughout the month pertaining to the month-end.
3. Incident management and recovery.
4. Provide SAP support to the Revenue Management team based in Madrid.
5. Responsible for running any parallel run testing that might be required, eg, yearly pricing exercise, SAP enhancement packs/upgrades.
