Edward Carter Solutions have an exciting opportunity for an ERP Engineering Workstream Lead looking to start an initial 6 month contract ASAP.
Our clients programme office is based in Croatia and London
My client are looking for someone who has worked on complex international ERP implementations and successful candidates must have strong experience working on SAP implementations.
Successful candidates will have the following responsibilities:
* Support businesses in their data readiness activities based on the data strategy we define, leading cleansing efforts and ensuring alignment to program plan
* Ensure the strategic decisions are delivered on time and on budget, managing dependencies across complex work-streams and across multiple countries
* Develop positive relationships with Solution owners and with local rollout managers to ensure an effective and collaborative approach
* Understand stakeholder needs and engage at all levels and represent this in engagement planning
* Translate the strategic direction of Engineering into the ERP Program fabric ensuring that the build will deliver what the business expects it to.
Suitable applicants will have the following skills and experience:
* Experience in leading implementations in engineering businesses
* Strong SAP PM functional background
* Experience working with blended teams to ensure delivery of major ERP transformation
* Experience with a broad reach across multiple process areas (SAP PM and BI)
* Ability to engage stakeholders and build relationships effectively
* Knowledge and experience in organisational change and development is advantageous
* Proven track record of ERP implementations, on time and within budget
* Excellent business process knowledge
* Fluency in European languages a bonus
