SAP HCM Consultant - FREELANCEROur client a SAP Partner is looking for hire a number of SAP HCM Consultants both Technical and Functional. Their customers from the energy industry, create economic and sustainable energy at the same time technologically leading project solutions in the SAP environment.
Your tasks
Advising our clients on the conception and implementation of innovative SAP HCM solutions
supporting the project teams in the analysis of the processes and the creation of technical and IT concepts,
especially in the areas of system transformation and harmonization
Conducting workshops and training with our customers and project teams
Transfer of project or subproject line tasks in the SAP HCM environment
Taking responsibility for specialist topics and mentoring colleagues
Your profile
You have completed a degree, completed vocational training or relevant professional experience
You have experience and knowledge in the areas of SAP HCM / SAP HR / SAP SuccessFactors or even SAP Concur
Basic knowledge of SAP ABAP programming is advantageous
English and German language skills
