Requirements
* SAP CRM/C4C experience
* SAP SD experience
* Fluent English
* Able to expedite open system enhancement requests remotely
An example of some of the open system enhancement requests:
* Website customer data (SAP CRM)
* Turn on SMS Functionality in CRM service
* C4C: Quote Pricing Issue Commercial and Merchant Terms (TPC)
* Service Order Outputs - ESAN/Site Visit Report (SAP CRM)
* Address GDPR Rules (SAP CRM)
* Pricing & Term Changes (SAP CRM)
* Set up new Order reason codes (SAP SD)
* Fix Orders missing Terms on line item when moving to ECC (SAP SD)
* New commodity codes and description change (SAP SD)
* Fully Remote/Working from home - End Client
