Job description:
- Logistics area (Inbound & Transport Cost Management Team):
- Configuration and or customizing activities according to the business requirements in time, budget and quality
- Capture and document business requirements
- Scoping business requirements into IT solution responses
- Functional scope of LOG solution: Logistic Execution (SAP LE) and interfaces to other EBM tools (eg LOGON, Dispatching, SAP BW for reporting)
- Maintain up-to-date all the EBM documentation in the areas where is assigned to
- To follow and accomplish the milestones agreed and communicated by any Project and/or Maintenance activity where is assigned to
- To escalate to his direct report any issue or risk identified preventing the proper delivery of the activities assigned
- Execute 2nd level support
Mission & Purposes:
Provide business value by adding cost effective solutions to the EMEA Business Model (EBM) by:
- Consulting and supporting business processes with effective and efficient applications and solutions
- Acquiring and sharing the required knowledge and skills not only technical but also from a business perspective
- Managing requirements, stakeholders and technology, effectively to ensure success in projects, changes, incidents resolution and other operations
- Ensure that any compliance tasks or controls that are relevant to this job are implemented
- Support and attend the established IT decision bodies
- Maintain, support and optimize current IT solutions
- Training on the current IT solutions
Must have:
- Minimum 5 years experience in the area of Logistics processes and IT solutions. It is required to have a deep knowledge of:
- SAP Logistics Execution - Transportation (LE-TRA)
- SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)
- SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM)
- Minimum 2 years experience in international projects, with a strong emphasis on solution definition Experience in working in a service driven, customer oriented environment based on ITIL processes, ISO 20k and 27k

Basic in:
ITSC generic processes (Incident, Change, Release mgmt, ...)
