Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a SAP CRM Social Services Architect for a role in Saudi Arabia.

Role Description:
The profile required is a mix of CRM Social Service Architect and Developer skills who will be able to propose a High Level Design (HLD) which should include a proposal to re-implemented or re-designed the current solution CRM Social Service solution to be more closer to clients standards and efficient.
It is key that the resource identified will have big experience with SAP CRM Social Services.
If necessary, role could be splitted.
Business process to be covered:
CRM Social Services eligibility calculation and payment
Job Task:
Set up a design and plan together with the customer how that goal can be reached.
This needs to be onsite, since customer has a very bad network connections.
While most of the time should be delivered onsite, in-between remote work might be also possible while working with a sandbox in alignment with the Front Office team.
Background information:
The customer is live with a CRM Social Services solution since 2015.
