One of the leading clients in Europe is currently seeking for a SAP RMCA Consultant to work on a 1+ year rolling contract in Brussels, Belgium.
As a SAP RMCA Consultant, you will be required to be skilled within the following:
- Technical skills:
- >2 years of experience with SAP IS-T RMCA module (= FI-CA for Telecom), SAP-BW
- Experience with Integration of RMCA with other systems (Kenan billing, SAP R3, Order Mgmt, CACS)
- UNIX, ABAP experience
- Functional expertise:
- Accounting and Accounts Receivables area knowledge and experience.
- Experience with business analysis and functional and technical solution design in RMCA.
- Experience with the implementation of complex projects in a complex business environment.
- Experience with Telecom business and processes
- Able to communicate clearly and structured and able to write clear documentation.
- Solution and compromise driven. Good negotiation skills.
- Able to coordinate and steer a small team of developers.
As a SAP RMCA Consultant, you're responsibilities will include the following:
RMCA is an accounts receivable and payable software that is designed especially for mass processing, as is required for telecommunications firms with a higher number of customers and documents.
Contract Accounting FI-CA component can be used instead of the standard R/3 component FI - Accounts Receivable. The FI-CA module is fully integrated with the FI - G/L Accounting.
- The Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable component is a sub ledger developed for industries with a large customer base and a correspondingly high volume of documents to post.
- This component provides standard accounts receivable and accounts payable functions including dunning, posting documents, and making payments
- The transaction figures are not automatically updated in the general ledger when postings are made in Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable. Instead, the data is summarized and transferred periodically to the general ledger for reasons of system performance and to limit the volume of documents in the general ledger.
