- Based on the reporting needs you work out the data model in accordance with the clients BI regulations. Here you make the correct evaluation what can be delivered from the standard business content.
- You are responsible for the technical implementation of the SAP BW documents.
- You provide the necessary transport rates on the basis of predefined analyzes.
- You check the work performed on the basis of a predefined test plan and help to make the test data available to carry out the test cases.
- You ensure that within our monitoring the correct parameters are followed so that all errors are immediately visible so that the agreed service levels can be achieved.
- You keep the documentation up to date.
- You are responsible for successfully implementing requested changes.
- You are responsible for the life cycle management and updates/upgrades of an existing BW environment.
- You assist in the development of extractors on the SAP source systems.
- You make functional analyzes/specifications and discuss them with the various stakeholders (you also ensure the validation of the documents).
- You assist the project group in resolving technical issues.
- Based on your expertise, you make improvement proposals within the BI framework of the project.
- You assist the BI team in solving maintenance orders and incidents within the BI domain.
