Description
SAP CS/SM Consultant is required for a 2 month contract assignment located in Copenhagen/Denmark.
The ideal candidate for the role of SAP CS SM Consultant should have:
- Proven experience with SAP CS (Customer Service) and SM (Service Management modules)
- Deep knowledge of
- Order types
- Item Categories/Item Category determination
- Schedule Line Categories/Schedule Line Category determination
- Billing Plan
- Pricing Condition
- Sound understanding of SAP integration between SD, MM, CS and FI modules
- Experience with SAP interfacing such as EDI/IDOC, RFS and BAPI's
- Experience preparing functional specs, user documentation, test case preparation and development validation.
