Project Description:
Customer implemented SAP for their Loan management processes using the below modules from SAP:
- SAP Contact Center 7.0
- SAP CRM 7.0 EHP4
- SAP Process Orchestration
- SAP ERP (CML module)
- SAP BPM/BRM
We're running an exercise called "Technical Feasibility Check" and the main objective out of it is to review the technical and integration design - Technical blueprint - for the following components:
- Solution landscape -Basis view-
- SAP Contact Center
- SAP PO
- SAP BPM/BRM
The main expectation of the requested role is to review the design document for the SAP contact center/BCM and the integration with the CRM interaction center.
