Description
For an end client we are currently looking for the following:
Role: SAP BI/BW Team Lead
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 8 months (likely to be extended)
Location: Gothenburg, Sweden (Fridays remote)
Background
In SAP IT Operation the client has no resource on client's side under the analytical area. In order to manage the service from their service provider, they need to have a Team lead in order to control the application, manage the service provider and support the application.
Tasks:
- Manage the execution of the services provided by the SAP functional IT operation team members to ensure quality and speed of service delivery.
- Build, lead and develop the SAP functional IT Operation within the Analytics area specifically for the day to day operational matters.
- Manage end-user interactions and deliver efficient world class support according to agreed processes.
- Lead and improve the process and application support methods and tools together with SAP Technical IT Operations
- Follow-up relevant IT vendors (relation, performance, etc).
- Facilitate and improve the relationship to the super user/end users and the support team.
Required skills:
- 5+ years experience in SAP Business Warehouse and areas such as ETL, Datamodelling and query design.
- Good knowledge of SAP HANA calculation view design.
- Good knowledge of the SAP Business Objects BI platform (Analysis Office, Design Studio and/or Web Intelligence)
- Good knowledge of the core SAP processes and modules.
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
