My Client in Luxembourg are looking for an English-speaking SAP Service Desk Consultant.
Start: 15th November 2018
Length: 6 months + Extensions
Location: Onsite in Luxembourg (After a couple of months you could have the opportunity to work some of the time remote)

Details of Project
Mission: SAP Service Desk
Manage a part of the run and maintain activity of the SAP Platform.
The mission will include and is not limited to:
Receive and record all requests in our internal ticketing system.
Handle requests in accordance with SLA.
Interface with the operational business.
Track service requests and incidents.
Perform technical analyses, code reviews, of ABAP developments in small enhancements as well in larger projects.
Ensure compliance to existing and development of required data and reporting standards.
Perform bug fix analyses, recommend and implement solutions.
Support post-import into production SAP projects or new functionalities.
Contribute to build and to keep the documentation up to date.
Contribute to improve the services processes.
Technology scope
Knowledge of the following modules: SD, MM, FI/CO, HR, PS.
Knowledge of new technologies like FIORI and SAP UI5 is definitely welcomed.
Very good knowledge of SAP customizing and implementation skills in several SAP modules.
Profile
Advanced level of English. French non-essential.
Good knowledge of business processes and interdependencies
Knowledge of ABAP development to support developers on customization
Ability to train and transfer knowledge.
Practical hands-on experience in supporting SAP ERP (FI-CO-PS-MM-SD-Workflow), and/or SAP Financial Consolidation.
Good understanding of financial and accounting processes.
