Description

Role- SAP SD Business Analyst (Order 2 cash) Russian Speaking!

Seeking an SAP SD Consultant on an initial 2 month contract based in Antwerp, Belgium.

Primary Location: Antwerp, Belgium.
Secondary locations/Travel: Limited/sporadic travel for business and team alignment.
Candidates need to have a passport to travel to all EU/Schengen countries and Switzerland.

Duration: November 5th until end 2018 with possible extension in 2019.

Important: -
- Strong personality, being able to cope with difficult (Russian) stakeholders
- Very good communicator and diplomat, but not scared to start difficult discussions (out-of-the-box functionality instead of custom dev)
- Very good and understandable English tongue and good understanding of Russian language
- Extensive SAP SD experience, ABAP knowledge and FI-integration experience/knowledge
- SOx knowledge (GxP knowledge is added value)

Key Responsibilities/duties
oExcellent knowledge of English (verbal & writing) required. Knowledge of Russian language is a big plus!
oBusiness facing communication skills: ask the right questions about business processes in order to come to system requirements (First process, then system).
oExplain the functional design to a business audience (No tech talk!)
oExperience in project work in a virtual and very international team, work against a project plan with milestones.
oAbility to align solution design concept between the product owner, functional, technical and integrating teams.
oAbility to work independently on tasks and report on ETC. High sense of compliance.

Key skills required
oExcellent knowledge of the SAP SD module (Order processing - Delivery processing - Billing), interfacing related to SAP SD and knowledge of integration points with SAP MM and FI modules
oMinimum 5 years SD hands-on SAP SD configuration Experience.
oExcellent knowledge of Order to Cash processes, and Supply Chain processes in general.
oBeing able to find out how the system is setup/enhanced by deep diving into the system in case documentation is lacking.
oExperience in project assessments & blueprinting.

Other skills
oExperience with working in an international environment, with key users located across Europe and beyond.
oExperience with working in a virtual team & collaboration with off-shore ABAP team.
oKnowledge of the SAP cross system flow of goods solution & APO global ATP check
oTool knowledge: Being able to analyze programs (read/debug ABAP coding)
oExperience with interfacing via Middleware Web Methods"
