Senior profile (More than 15 years experience)- with SAP BW BASIS; HANA; SAP Landscape experience; Analytical Cloud; Technical understanding for support for setting up of Embedded analytics/
architectural background.
Ongoing tasks
- SAP analytics cloud/SAC- proof of concept is ongoing and being tested. Will need support for the go-live, setup in the production line. Also dependency towards Single-sign-on
- The work with SAC implementation is typical installation of basis components. Also knowledge about settings at server level influences this work
- SAP BW mobile is ongoing but will need single sign on for the go live and therefore support from Basis area.
- The area involves both basis competence as well as BW architectural competence. Possibility study and set up of CDS views is architecture work, but it is also necessary with SAP basic competence to connect the different systems. Also roles and authorization issues across systems may be seen as basis tasks.
- Data integration between SAP BI and Azure
New tasks
- SAP Roadmap tasks for the platforms and review of technical possibilities, eg closer integration between SAP S4 Hana and SAP BI4.
- MIS on mobile devices (new request)- support on architecture contract, need close collaboration with BI functional and Basis. Potentially also other tasks will come related to this.
- General support/competence for architecture contracts on new tasks
- SAPs new user interface Fiori - Here we need BI/BO basis support to set it up and make it work as intended.
