Keil Business Solutions GmbH is an innovative Google Reseller and IT Service Provider.We are looking for a:
Process / Business Analyst
Tasks:
• advise the Logistics Teams (primarily O2C and F2S) in process requirements elicitation
• Prepare and execute facilitated workshops with Customer business representatives to elaborate solution gaps from SAP best practises through process walk-through discussing
• advise the teams to find solution options and drive discussion to a decision with SAP standard solution in mind
• advise and facilitate the process walk-trough discussions, elaborate solution options and drive team to a shared understanding of best solution
• facilitate and assist team template product road development using agile practises like storymaps, process heat maps
• Run facilitated process walk-through workshops
• advise decision preparation
• advise the team in process decomposition and creation of story maps/ slicing of business requirements into stories (story elaboration)
• advise Customer Product Owner in requirement prioritization from process point of view
• advise process Integration
Skills:
• Analytical skills: Understands process decomposition and process types at various levels of detail; formulates decision options; understands the business needs assessment
• Design thinking and creative thinking
• Problem solving: understands the problem and business needs and identifies potential solution options
• Communication: Active listening, facilitation skills, visualization skills
• Leadership skills: Acting as trusted advisor
• Experience in agile practises is a Plus (especially knowledge in product visioning, product roadmap creation)
• Experience in process modelling in Aris or similiar tool is a plus
Start: ASAP
End: 31.10.2019
Capacity: fulltime, 80 % onsite 20 % remote
