Dear all,for our client in the Mannheim area we are seeking for a SAP HCM Business Analyst (m/f/d).
Tasks:
• Support of SAP roll-out projects worldwide
• Customizing of processes and interfaces; conduct related test scenarios
• Quality assurance, monitoring and improvement of implemented processes
• Design and conduct training programs
• Regularly provide a support to end-users
Profile:
• Very good knowledge of SAP HCM
• Good knowledge of German Payroll
• Ability to read and debug ABAP programs
• Knowlegde of payroll schema and rules
• Ability to quickly learn and understand 3rd party solutions and non-SAP software add-ons, e.g. OrgPublisher, xft Digital personal file
