A leading international system integrator is currently looking for a Senior SAP Contact Center Functional Consultant on urgent basis to work on a partly remote project in Oslo, Norway.The required skills are listed below:
• SAP Contact Center Implementation Experience
• Implementation of IVR for multiple countries
• Experience with Telephone Integration
• Experience with E-Mail Integration
• Experience with Chat Integration
• Experience with Task Integration
• Flexible and willing to Travel and work in International Team
• Interesting to work in Cloud solution
Start: ASAP
Work-Load: 5 days a week, 3 days onsite in Oslo, Norway
Duration: 5 Months with extension option
