The service is requested as part of the Data Privacy and GDPR deletion project in 2020.
The project has the purpose to implement further data deletion processes in different HCM areas and enhance the compliance processes.
Leistungsbeschreibung / Task Description
The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently performed by the external contractor:
Implement & configure concept
for data deletion in
Customer tables
HCM Learning Management
Analyze existing LM data model and consult on solution
HCM Talent Management
Analyze existing TM data model and consult on solution
For time-dependent blocking of personnel data via authorization object P_DURATION
Professional and technical consulting regarding its improvement potential and on SAP HCM specific requirements for SAP information Lifecycle Management
Analysis to increase speed of data deletion and facilitate technical stability of system
Professional consulting on documentation of the tools for the deletion concept/activities
The service of the contractor has the goal to facilitate the implementation of the project requirements and enhancements.
Additional Information
General requirements - English must have - German not necessary - 90% remote - 16 h/week // Shortlisting will be on March 26th in the morning.
