Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:• S/4 HANA hands on experience.
• 5-7 yrs. experience in SAP OTC processes
• Previous training, cutover, and user production support experience
• Experience in support/ AMS environment where SLA management is key to resolve issues.
• Bilingual preferred for France and Germany locations
• ALM test management knowledge preferred
• ITSM, Solution Manager and ChaRM experience preferred
• At least one implementation or roll out experience and hypercare experience with SAP S4/HANA.
• Full implementation of S/4HANA
• Most recent experience in S/4 HANA Implementation / System Conversion / Landscape Transformation OR one of the SAP Cloud application implementations using AGILE / SAP ACTIVATE methodology as a Technical Architect
